NAAS partnered with the first edition of the Arab-European Documentary Convention aDC to curate the module, “Distribution in Challenging Times (Arab-European Focus).”

This module gave an overview of the distribution sector for independent documentary films and the landscape thereof, exploring failures and success in vivid discussion around what could be the “right” distribution support schemes.

The aDC proposed a total of five different modules, touching upon the questions of co-production, distribution, cinematic heritage preservation, mapping of the industry, and diversity in documentary.
