Introductory session: Registering an Association in Germany

The Network of Arab Alternative Screens (NAAS), Jeem and Nawras invite all German-non-speaking organizations, collectives and individuals interested in Registering as an Association (“eingetragener Verein” or e.V) in Germany to an introductory session on the registration process and the recently-released “Roadmap to Registering an Association in Germany.”

Hosted by Al-Film - Arab Film Festival Berlin at Silent Green Kulturquartier (Gerichtstraße 35, 13347 Berlin) on 23 April, 15:15-16:30 CET, the session will bring together Furat Abu Hashhash (NAAS), Dalia Othman (Jeem), Zain Saleh (Nawras) in a moderated conversation by Marion Schmidt.

In this session, we will go through the unique transitional experience of each of the three collaborators and discuss the conditions that brought about the production of their collaborative step-by-step guide. Our conversation will also focus on insights and tools gathered in the guide and how they could help organizations navigate this registration process successfully.

Roadmap to Registering an Association in Germany” is the outcome of a collaboration between Jeem, NAAS e.V., and Nawras e.V.. It is a free educational tool, available in Arabic and English and in online and print versions.

Participation in the session is limited. To attend, please register here.
